PRIVACY POLICY
Includera ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
Who we are
Includera is the private psychotherapy practice of Rani Treichel, based in London and operating internationally. For any questions about this policy or your data, contact rani@includera.org.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your first name, last name, email address, and the content of your message.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange and conduct an initial consultation. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How we store it
Enquiries are stored securely and are only accessed by Rani. Information shared during any subsequent clinical work is held separately, in line with Rani's professional obligations as a BACP-accredited psychotherapist.
How long we keep it
We retain contact form enquiries only for as long as needed to respond to you, or, if you go on to become a client, in line with standard clinical record-keeping practice.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to request it be corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent for us to hold it. To do so, email rani@includera.org.

This site is built on Wix, which may use cookies or collect technical data (such as browser type or IP address) to operate and secure the site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
