A bit about me
I have 30 years of experience in the field and have been working as a therapist with UN and the international community for over 20 years. I am also a supervisor to other psychotherapists, counsellors, coaches and healthcare professionals here and in the UK.
My personal life experience has been orientated around cultural diversity, inclusion, intersectionality and difference. I am British, of mixed origin and have lived in many countries and cultures. I welcome diversity of every kind and appreciate both the richness and challenges we may experience through it.

My approach
In-depth, compassionate, integrative, humanistic, systemic and transpersonal...

As a therapist I have specialised in the complexities of working with the unconscious, inner child work, trauma recovery, couples therapy, psychosexual therapy, systemic relational dynamics, identity orientated psychotrauma therapy (IoPT) and family constellation work. I also take an in-depth approach to our intersectional experience of diversity, culture and difference.
All the approaches I use are somatic and trauma informed. I use a variety of techniques and methods where the mind, body, emotion and survival structures are all included. I use gestalt chair work with depth processes, the unconscious, guided imagery, sub-personality integration, internal family systems, systemic family dynamics, art therapy, body awareness and meditation.
I am currently in an advanced masters training in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy. I have a Joint Honours Degree in Social Psychology and a Post Graduate Degree in Psychosynthesis Counselling from The Psychosynthesis and Education Trust in London. I have a diploma in Clinical Supervision from the Minster Centre in London. I have also gained diplomas in Transpersonal Relationship Counselling and Couples Counselling, as well as a COSORT professional certificate in Psychosexual Therapy.
For the last 14 years, I have trained extensively with Professor, Dr. Franz Ruppert, who has gained international recognition in working with trauma and I have completed his advanced international training for Identity Orientated Psychotrauma Therapy (IoPT). I have also spent over 10 years training in systemic family constellations.
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists and adhere to its ethical framework for good practice. If you have further queries or questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
