About the event & how to book 

This method is a powerful tool to discover where we truly are and what needs to happen to become more ourselves.

It gives us a way to take a deeper look into what may be impacting us and to work with the inner most parts of our selves and our experiences that may need more awareness in order to move forward.

Through this work it is possible to:

• Address family dynamics (present, past and multi-generational)
• Gain insight into how events or situations have impacted you
• Reveal what is happening in your relationships
• Discover the roots of what holds you back
• See what is needed in situations which seemingly have no resolution
• Shed light onto different parts of your personality
• Integrate difficult life experiences
• Improve your own awareness, presence and capacity for self-connection
• Harmonise the different elements of your psyche
• Transform the way you feel
• Develop a more authentic sense of identity

This method allows us to address the root causes and complexities of our own experiences. Helping us to gain insight into our survival strategies, revealing where we are entangled and guiding us towards more autonomy and a healthier psyche.

Unknown factors and resolutions will come to light and the next appropriate step for you will become clear.

No prior knowledge or experience of this work is necessary. It is experiential, simple and you will be facilitated.

I have trained extensively in both family constellations and IoPT and have over 24 years of experience. I have spent the last 13 years training with Dr Franz Ruppert and have completed many of his trainings including his advanced international training in IoPT.

This one day workshop will be held in English. Working places for the day will be restricted to 6 working places, so please book your place well in advance.

Working place - 360 CHF (full participation in the group, including a space to work with your own issue)

Representative - 200 CHF (participation in the group, without a space to do your own personal work)
